Meaning
Usually a Worker calling its own route (fetch to the same URL) creating a loop, or a Worker misconfiguration.
Common causes
- Worker fetching the same route it’s bound to (loop)
- Worker route covering the origin fetch path
- Internal Workers error

- Narrow the Worker route pattern
- Check Workers logs (wrangler tail)
