CocoaPods can’t find the pod (or version) in its spec repos — stale local specs, a private spec repo not added, or a typo.
Seen on:

Meaning
New pod versions need pod repo update. Private pods require their source in the Podfile. Renamed/deprecated pods also disappear.

- Pod name typo or pod removed
- Version not published
⚡ Quick fix
- pod install --repo-update
