AADSTS50057: The user account is disabled
The account exists but is blocked from signing in.

Meaning
Admins disable accounts for leavers, security incidents or license changes. Synced accounts are disabled when disabled in on-premises AD.
Common causes
- Account blocked in Entra ID
- Disabled in on-prem AD and synced
- Service account disabled by policy

- Re-enable the account (Block sign-in = No) if appropriate
- Enable in on-prem AD and sync
- Use a different, active account
