StorageAccountAlreadyTaken: The storage account named x is already taken
Storage account names are globally unique across Azure; another customer (or you elsewhere) already uses the name.

Meaning
Names must be 3–24 lowercase letters/digits and unique worldwide. Templates usually generate names with uniqueString(resourceGroup().id).
Common causes
- Name already used globally
- Account exists in another of your subscriptions
- Recently deleted name still reserved
