HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error: The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid
IIS can’t read web.config — usually the ASP.NET Core Hosting Bundle (AspNetCoreModuleV2) or URL Rewrite module isn’t installed, or the XML is invalid.

Meaning
Error Code 0x8007000d means an unknown section (e.g. <aspNetCore>, <rewrite>) because the module is missing. 0x80070005 means permissions on the folder/config.
Common causes
- ASP.NET Core Hosting Bundle not installed (0x8007000d)
- URL Rewrite module missing
- Invalid web.config XML
- App pool identity can’t read the folder (0x80070005)
