A driver didn’t complete a power transition (sleep, wake, shutdown) in time.

Meaning
Common on laptops waking from sleep, with docks, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth or USB drivers, and graphics drivers. Changing power management settings for the device or updating the driver usually fixes it.
Common causes
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/USB/graphics driver not handling sleep/wake
- Docking station or external device
- Outdated BIOS/chipset power management

- Disable “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” for the suspect adapter
