Cloudflare received the request but the hostname isn’t set up on Cloudflare (or the domain was just added and not active yet).

Meaning
Usually a CNAME pointing to a hostname on Cloudflare that doesn’t exist in that zone, a domain recently added/removed, or a Pages/Workers custom domain not configured.
Common causes
- Hostname missing in the Cloudflare zone
- Domain added recently (nameservers not active)
- CNAME to a Cloudflare-hosted target that doesn’t exist
- Custom domain not attached to Pages/Workers
